Founder

Javid Ibrahim emerges as a beacon of entrepreneurial spirit and innovative foresight in the business landscape. With a rich history spanning over two decades, Javid’s journey is marked by the inception and flourishing of ventures that have significantly impacted various sectors within the UK.

In 2001, Javid laid the foundation of Ideal Response, steering it to become the nation’s leading provider of fire, flood, and environmental solutions. Under his leadership, the company has grown to embody excellence, powered by a dedicated team of 50 professionals committed to the firm’s mission.

The entrepreneurial spark continued in 2010 with the establishment of Ideal Heat Solutions, a venture that quickly positioned itself at the forefront of boiler hire services. Recognising and exploiting niche markets has been Javid’s forte, as evidenced by Ideal Heat Solutions’ impressive fleet of 36 boilers and its recent investment in new plant equipment and expansion into the commercial chiller market.

The businesses are collectively brought together under the Ideal Group, reflecting Javid’s vast experience, flexibility, and sharp commercial acumen. Adopting a forward-thinking strategy, Javid has initiated Kiss Holdings, with the intention of leveraging his profound knowledge in identifying and executing deals.

Javid has meticulously curated a board of directors for Kiss Holdings, selecting industry luminaries with extensive expertise in areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Sustainability, Construction, Performance Management, Chemical Production, Law, and Accounting. This strategic composition is designed to drive the company forward, setting the stage for unparalleled success and operational excellence.

Recently, Javid has strategically appointed and seamlessly integrated managing directors into each of his businesses. This strategic move has not only ensured the continued success of these ventures but also freed up Javid to focus on the burgeoning Kiss Holdings. His vision for the company is centred on deal flow, finance, and securing approximately £15 million in funding for an ambitious new project: launching a carbon-neutral bioethanol production facility in the UK. This facility aims to set new standards in sustainability, aligning with the global push towards reducing CO2 emissions.

Javid Ibrahim’s narrative is one of visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and a relentless commitment to excellence, positioning Kiss Holdings as a future leader in sustainable innovation and industry transformation.
